This includes the information you disclose when downloading one of our guides, filling in one of our forms, and using the checkout. All forms data is held securely by 'Cognito Forms'.


Payment data


Payment related personal data and information will only be collected through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd who process all payments on behalf of My Probate Partner via Cognito Forms. We do not collect any of this information ourselves. Marketing data


We collect personal data that you provide when using our tools and services to receive marketing advertisements e.g. via email.


Information Input into My Probate Partner


Any third-party information that you input into the My Probate Partner services will purely be used to assist you in the way that is made obvious to you at the time of entry, such as requesting a quote.

Sharing your personal data


My Probate Partner does not pass any personal information to third parties unless with explicit consent. This includes to our third-party payment provider. They act independently and all information they receive will be from manually inputting personal information when making a payment. This is not provided to them through My Probate Partner but directly from the user. Please see Cognito Forms and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.’s policies for further information.


Data retention and deletion


We only keep your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary to enable us to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. We will retain analytical data indefinitely for audit and improvement purposes, however, this excludes any personal information.

We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our website or access our services. 


A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a website assign to your device while you are viewing a website. Cookies are very helpful and can be used for various different purposes. Third party collection of information


Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. We are committed to keeping your personal data safe. Therefore, we make sure to implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and keep it as secure as possible. This includes having measures in place to prevent your data from being accidentally lost, stolen or accessed in any unauthorised or fraudulent way. However, please note that systems are never completely secure. Furthermore, My Probate Partner will notify any customer, and any applicable regulator, of any breach where we are legally required to do so.

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
