Sharing your personal data
My Probate Partner does not pass any personal information to third parties unless with explicit consent. This includes to our third-party payment provider. They act independently and all information they receive will be from manually inputting personal information when making a payment. This is not provided to them through My Probate Partner but directly from the user. Please see Cognito Forms and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.’s policies for further information.
Data retention and deletion
We only keep your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary to enable us to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. We will retain analytical data indefinitely for audit and improvement purposes, however, this excludes any personal information.
